1. Services
Alliance AI Growth Systems provides AI-powered business automation services for small and medium-sized businesses, including but not limited to:
- Missed call text-back automation systems
- Lead follow-up and nurture sequences (SMS and email)
- Google review request automation
- Appointment booking and reminder systems
- CRM setup and management (via GoHighLevel and similar platforms)
- AI chatbot and communication automation
- General business automation consulting and implementation
2. SMS Communications and Consent
Nature of SMS communications: You may receive SMS messages including appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up messages about your inquiry, information about our services, and promotional content.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the services you receive.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation, then no further messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive other services.

SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any services. You may receive our services without opting into SMS communications.

Specific service terms, pricing, deliverables, and payment schedules are outlined in separate Service Agreements provided to each client. In general:
- Services are provided on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Payment is due on the date specified in your Service Agreement
- Services may be cancelled with written notice per the terms of your individual agreement
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
4. Client Responsibilities
To receive the full benefit of our services, clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete business information
- Granting necessary access to platforms, CRMs, and tools required for setup
- Complying with all applicable laws related to their own business communications
- Ensuring their own customers have consented to receive communications as required by law
- Reviewing and approving all automation content before deployment
- Timely response to requests for information needed to complete setup
5. Compliance with Applicable Laws
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including:
- The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- The CAN-SPAM Act
- 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) registration requirements for business SMS
- All FCC regulations related to commercial communications
- All applicable state and local laws
Clients are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from their own contacts before sending any automated communications through systems we build on their behalf.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Alliance AI Growth Systems and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom automation systems and workflows built for clients are owned by the client upon full payment of all fees.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services (e.g., to our platform providers).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alliance AI Growth Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue outcomes, or business performance from use of our automation services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to us, our clients, or third parties.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Bernardino County, California, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
